Pans and tins are manufactured from aluminised steel

Trays can be made to suit any oven size
COATING OPTIONS
Clear Silicone (standard )
Black PTFE
Black etch on outside of pans for improved heat transfer.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Silicone coated trays should be oiled before each use.
PTFE coated pans require to be oiled when new. Failure to oil new pans when first used will affect the
life of the coating
