Trays are usually manufactured from 0.6mm aluminised steel. May also be made from 1.2mm aluminium if used in cool rooms.
Trays may be perforated or plain.
Other tray sizes including GASTRONORM are available if sufficient quantity.
Impression sizes and profiles can also be altered if sufficient quantity.
Clear Silicone (standard)
Silicone coated trays do not require 'burning in'. Doing so may cause irreparable damage to coating
resulting in poor release properties.
PTFE coated trays should be oiled when new.
Failure to oil new trays when first used can affect release properties and longevity.
